Ticky Creek Park

Lake Lavon

Ticky Creek Park is a very nice park on the northern end of Lake Lavon. This park is in a hidden away area requiring travel along dirt roads to arrive at the park. This park is day-use only and there is no fee to enter. There is also a very nice 3-lane boat ramp with no fee required.

This park closes daily at sunset and is only open during the months of April 1st through September 30th. When we spent time at the park it was not crowded at all.

Ticky Creek Park is a fun park with great covered picnic tables right on the lake. The swimming areas are very nice as well, but these are considered non-designated swimming areas.
